Standing on the edge of forever
Ties to the world about to sever
Staring out into the great unknown
Realizing in life I was all alone
Will death be the same, always sad
Thinking about the one I never had
To join the void of things to discover
Would mean this pain will be finally over
To end the sadness, the black cloud overhead
